“The Ottawa County Planning and Policy Commission unanimously voted to send forward a resolution that would oppose the contested Grand River Waterway project, a proposed dredging plan that would carve a 22.5-mile stretch of the Grand River from Fulton Street in Grand Rapids to the Bass River inlet in Eastmanville.”
